Othello, the 1980s German stage play production (of the classic play by William Shakespeare) that was held at the Stadtische Buhnen in Osnabruck, Germany. Note that this poster features wild art by Erhard Gruttner. It was commissioned by German theater director Dr. Erdmut August, who also created what may be the world's largest international theater poster archive with holdings of 16,000 different posters by many of the world's leading poster artists.
