Important Added Info: Note that this transparency has "Kill Kline" written in grease pencil on the sleeve. This almost surely indicates that Kevin Kline did not like this image and told the studio not to use it or publish it (he seems to be at an odd angle, which would likely be his objection!). Note that this is a "studio-issued" transparency that was produced by the studio but is not the camera original. What is a transparency? They are produced by the studio and are very high quality and were created in quantity and sent to media outlets or other places that had need of the very highest quality image for reproduction purposes (in newspapers, magazines, or elsewhere). A clear border around a 4x5 transparency denotes duplication from a negative source, a black border denotes duplication from a positive source. This transparency is in a plastic sleeve (but we removed it and scanned it, so that bidders could see just how high quality it is). It will be sent to the winner of the auction in the sleeve. Condition: very good. Learn More about condition grades
