The Cat and the Canary, the 1939 Elliott Nugent romantic horror mystery comedy ("The picture that will give your goose pimples goose pimples!"; "Chills, horrors and lots of fun!"; "Based on the Stage Play by John Willard") starring Bob Hope, Paulette Goddard, John Beal, Douglass Montgomery, Gale Sondergaard, Elizabeth Patterson, George Zucco, William Abbey (as "The Cat", a homicidal maniac!), and Nydia Westman. Note that this was a remake of the 1927 movie of the same name directed by Paul Leni, except that it has had comedy injected, to make a suitable movie for Bob Hope!

Important Added Info: Note that this lobby card has been trimmed and it now measures 10" x 12 3/4" [25 x 32 cm].

Condition: good. The borders have been trimmed from the card. There are some minor smudges and scuffs scattered throughout and there are some pin holes around the edges. Note that this lobby card is completely unrestored and there is not a single piece of tape on either the front or back!
