Artist: Jack Thurston Important Added Info: This one-sheet has two studio-issued corrective credits snipes. One is in the top left, and the other is in the bottom right corner. The difference between the regular credits and the corrective credits is that the part that is covered over said "Filmed in Giant Panamation". A knowledgeable collector tells us that "Panamation" was simply another name for Harryhausen's Super-Dynamation process. However, it is likely copyright issues with Panavision caused the studio to issue the snipe. Condition: fair to good. Some person mounted thin poster on to a thin paper backing, but did not restore it. There are stains around the edges and some tears along the folds with a few stains and smudges scattered throughout. The top 2" of the poster was trimmed off and the person put 2" from another poster at the top of what remains, but it is very noticeable. The poster could be displayed as it is, or one could choose to have it professionally restored. Please this bear in mind before placing a bid. Learn More about condition grades
