This poster was linenbacked, and the restorer did a good job, but you can see signs of the restoration from inches away (since most people look at posters framed on a wall from at least a few feet away, we don't feel this is a defect, but we feel it should be noted). See below for this poster's pre-restoration condition (we are the only major auction company we know of that shares this information with our bidders, but we wish everyone did!). very good to fine. The poster had wear along the folds and some small tears in the right of the middle foldline. There were minor smudges in the borders and in the solid white background areas. There were smudges in the center of the bottom credits area. The poster has been well linenbacked, but you can see some signs of restoration when looking close-up or when tilting the poster to the light. Learn More about condition grades
