An Original Vintage Theatrical French 9 1/2" x 12" [24 x 30 cm] Movie Still (Learn More)

Paris When It Sizzles (also released as "Together in Paris"), the 1964 Richard Quine France romantic fantasy comedy ("William Holden & Audrey Hepburn go absolutely ape in Paris When It Sizzles"; "Based upon a story by Julien Duvivier & Henri Jeanson") starring William Holden ("as the jaded screenwriter, the cowboy, the international thief, the trenchcoated spy."), Audrey Hepburn ("as the secretary, the fiery siren, the incredible batwoman the Girl Who Stole the Eiffel Tower."), Gregoire Aslan, Raymond Bussieres, and Christian Duvallex, with cameo appearances by Fred Astaire, Tony Curtis, Marlene Dietrich, Mel Ferrer, and Frank Sinatra

Important Added Info: Note that our consignor purchased this French still, which measures 8 1/4" x 11 3/4" [21 x 30 cm], from the Christies "Audrey Hepburn the Personal Collection" in 2017, and it has a credit on the back for photographer Vincent Rossell, and it was the personal property of Audrey Hepburn! Rossell was the set photographer on 90 films from 1956 to 1998, and he first photographed Audrey Hepburn on this movie and then again in Charade and later in How to Steal a Million! Our consignor also gave us two other stills from the same collection and we are auctioning those in two separate auctions!

Condition: very good. There are some faint creases scattered around the edges of the still, extending into the background, but not into Miss Hepburn's image, and they are mostly only noticeable when the still is tilted to the light.
