Too Hot to Handle, the 1938 Jack Conway China/South America airplane aviation female pilot newsreel photographer romantic love triangle comedy ("Love in action on land, sea and air!"; Gable is a newsreel photographer, Loy is a pilot, and Pidgeon is the guy who doesn't get the girl) starring Clark Gable, Myrna Loy, Walter Pidgeon, Walter Connolly, Leo Carrillo, Johnny Hines, and Marjorie Main

Important Added Info: Note that we have only previously auctioned one example of this lobby card, and that was in a complete set 24 years ago! Also note that we have a scan of both the front and the back of this lobby card, which should greatly help you see what defects it has.

Condition: very good. The card has a few smudges and faint dot stains scattered around the edges, with a tiny number of them in the stars' faces. They are not very distracting at all, and the card can be displayed and enjoyed as it is. However, restoration can be performed. This is the sort of card that responds really well to professional restoration. It is likely that much or all of the smudges and stains can be removed through chemical means, and of course, most of the pinholes are in the blank borders, and after proper restoration, the card will display even better than it does right now. Note that this card is completely unrestored and there is not a single piece of tape on either the front or back!
