Artist: Bill Gold Important Added Info: Note that we have never seen or heard of this poster before. The only "regular" one-sheet we have seen has a full-length image of Clint Eastwood holding his .44 magnum in his raised hand. Apparently, Warner Bros. originally intended to use this super close image of Eastwood for its ad campaign (either solely for the teaser poster, or also for the regular one-sheet), but after it was printed, the decision was made to go with the other image, which was used for both the teaser and the regular poster. We don't think any examples of this "rejected" style ever made it to any theaters, because we have never seen or heard of it before, but it is possible they did. It is much more likely that only people connected to the studio and the movie ever saw this original design, and as of right now, the poster offered here is the only example of it we have ever seen. The buyer of this poster will have a wonderful currently unique poster added to their collection! Also note that this poster was folded across the middle at one time but has been laying flat for a long time and will be sent rolled in a tube. Condition: very good. The poster was never machine folded, but it was hand folded across the middle. There are creases and scuffs around the edges and in the bottom credits area, with two 1/2" tears in the bottom blank border. There are a few faint creases scattered in the rest of the poster.
