An Undated (probably 1940s) Re-release Vintage Theatrical Tri-Folded One-Sheet Movie Poster (measures 28" x 44") (Learn More)

Riders of the Deadline, the 1943 Lesley Selander cowboy western ("Based on Characters created by Clarence E. Mulford") starring William Boyd ("as Hopalong Cassidy"), Andy Clyde, Jimmy Rogers, Frances Woodward, Robert Mitchum (billed as "Bob Mitchum"; one of the many lesser roles Mitchum had before becoming a major star in "The Story of G.I. Joe" in 1945), Richard Crane, Anthony Warde, and William Halligan

If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know.
Important Added Info: Note that Robert Mitchum had a very small part in this Hopalong Cassidy western. After he became famous with "The Story of G.I. Joe", William Boyd, who had purchased the rights to all the Hopalong Cassidy movies in 1944, re-released all of the Hoppy movies, but on the Mitchum titles, he gave Mitchum starring billing (sometimes as "Bob Mitchum") just under his own credit, because of his greatly increased popularity!

Condition: very good. There are some tears and two small areas of paper loss in the borders.

This week we have given a more detailed overall condition grade along with more details about the condition described in words. Of course, we could not describe every single defect, plus there are some defects (like creasing, tape on the back, extremely tiny pinholes, etc) which can be VERY difficult to see, even in our largest "super-sized" image. Therefore we strongly recommend that you BOTH read our written description of the item, AND ALSO look at our super-sized image to see the extent of the defects that we describe and to examine the poster for minor defects that we did NOT describe.
