Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good. The poster had a Canadian censor stamp in the bottom center of the image, with tiny paper loss at the crossfolds and some tiny bits of paper loss on parts of some folds. Overall, the poster was in good to very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was pretty well backed, but the restorer left alone the Canadian censor stamp described above. After the poster was backed, it was roughly handled, and there are now creases in the top blank border of the poster and also in the linen behind it. Learn More about condition grades
