An Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Title Lobby Card (LC TC; measures 11" x 14" [28 x 36 cm]) (Learn More) Annapolis Salute, the 1937 Christy Cabanne Maryland romantic love triangle military U.S. Naval Academy United States Navy melodrama (about best friends who are Naval cadets, and they are both rivals for the hand of the daughter of the commandant of the academy) starring James Ellison, Marsha Hunt, Harry Carey Sr., Van Heflin (in his fourth movie ever!), Arthur Lake, and Ann Hovey. Note that one of the two best friends is played by Van Heflin. Most people do not realize he had significant roles in the 1930s, because they think of him as a 1940s or 1950s actor! NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Condition: very good to fine. The card has some faint smudges and tiny stains in the top border. Otherwise, the card is in really nice condition.
