Smirnov (also known as "Uncle Vanya"), the 1920s Russian stage poster promoting a comedic performance by Smirnov, who was able to realistically imitate babies and various animals. Important Added Info: Note that this poster is one of a collection of 36 similar posters that we were consigned (and are currently auctioning in 36 separate auctions). They include Russian, Uzbek, Ukranian, and Latvian posters, and some of them are movie posters, and others are circus posters, with a few other kinds of posters.
