An Original Vintage Theatrical Autographed 7 1/2" x 9 1/2" [19 x 24 cm] Movie Still (Learn More) The Andrews Sisters were a singing group comprised of three sisters (LaVerne, Maxene and Patty). They won a singing competition when they were in their early teens in the 1920s, but their career did not take off until they moved to Hollywood in the 1930s, and they had their greatest fame in the 1940s, with both hit songs, and appearances in many movies. Some of their songs include: Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy, Well All Right and Pistol Packin' Mama Important Added Info: Note that this still has been personally autographed (signed) by Andrews Sisters (LaVerne, Maxene, Patty)! Also note that this still measures 7 1/2" x 9 1/2" [19 x 24 cm], but it has not been trimmed. Note that this is one of a wonderful collection of 91 items that were assembled by a collector decades ago, mostly from RR Auctions, which has auctioned signed items since 1976. The person who purchased these items passed away several years ago, and while he did not save most of the certificates of authenticity he received when he bought these signed items, almost all were purchased between the late 1970s and the early 1990s, and we think it is extremely likely that the autograph on this item is genuine. As is true of all the signed items we are currently auctioning, we give every buyer 30 days in which to review what they purchased and they can return any item as long as it is within 30 days of the end of the auction. On non-signed items, we give a "lifetime guarantee" on everything we auction, but on signed items, we give the above modified guarantee of 30 days after the auction closes.
