Long Live the King, the 1923 Victor Schertzinger silent boy-prince-hates-his-life melodrama (based on the story "by Mary Roberts Rinehart"; similar to the plot of "Prince and the Pauper", where Coogan is a prince of a mythical country, and he longs to be a "regular" boy, and he runs off with his American playmate, but then he hears that his father has passed away, and he tries to return to become the new king, but he is caught by revolutionaries) starring Jackie Coogan (as Crown Prince Otto), Rosemary Theby, Ruth Renick, Vera Lewis, Alan Hale Sr. (as King Karl), Allan Forrest, and Raymond Lee (as the American playmate)
