What IS linenbacking? Learn More

Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good to very good. The poster had some darkening and small creases on parts of the folds. It had creases and scuffs scattered in the left of the image, including over the tall building. It had paper loss in the top left corner and smaller paper loss in the top right corner, but it only affected the solid colored border and background areas. Overall, the poster was in good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was pretty well backed, but you can see signs of the above defects and the restoration of the above defects.
