An Original Undated (probably late 1940s; from the first release of this movie in Belgium) Vintage Theatrical Folded Belgian Movie Poster (measures 14 1/4" x 21 1/4" [36 x 54 cm]) (Learn More) For Me and My Gal, the 1942 Busby Berkeley New York City Broadway theater stage acting romantic musical ("Greatest musical show ever to thrill your heart!"; "Screen play by Richard Sherman, Fred Finklehoffe and Sid Silvers"; "Original Story by Howard Emmett Rogers") starring Judy Garland, George Murphy, Gene Kelly, Martha Eggerth, Ben Blue, and Richard Quine. Note that this was Gene Kelly's very first movie, but because he was already a Broadway dancing star, he was given a lead role in his first time out! NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that this poster was folded at one time but has been laying flat for a long time and will be sent rolled in a tube. Condition: good to very good. The poster was lightly folded across the middle. There are paper remnants on the back of the bottom of the poster where something was once attached (it has no effect on the front).
