An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded Italian One-Panel (known in Italy as a "2 Fogli") Movie Poster (1p; measures 39" x 55" [99 x 140 cm]) (Learn More) Ein Unbekannter Rechnet Ab (released in the U.S. in 1975 as "Ten Little Indians" and in other English-speaking as "And Then There Were None"), the 1974 Peter Collinson French/German/Italian/Spanish murder crime mystery thriller ("The were all invited to a party... But it was really an invitation to a murder... Their own!"; "Agatha Christie, the great myster-writer. 'Ten Little Indians' her greatest mystery. The who's next whodunit."; "There's nothing like a star-studded 'Agatha Christie' house party to give you the mystery surprise of your life. You are cordially invited..."; based on the novel 'Ten Little Indians' by Agatha Christie) starring Oliver Reed ("Accused of killing his pregnant girlfriend"), Elke Sommer ("Accused of poisoning her sister's fiance"), Richard Attenborough ("Accused of condemning an innocent man"), Stephane Audran ("Accused of sending her husband to his death"), Herbert Lom ("Accused of killing his patient"), Gert Froebe ("Accused of a lie that caused a man's death"), Maria Rohm ("Accused of killing her wealthy employer"), Adolfo Celi ("Accused of ordering 5 soldiers to death"), Alberto De Mendoza ("Accused of murdering the man he worked for"), Charles Aznavour ("Accused of being a hit-and-run killer"), and featuring the voices of Orson Welles. Note that this book was originally published in 1939 as "Ten Little Niggers", taken from the nursery rhyme that had been written many years before. That title was already offensive in the U.S., and the title was changed to "And Then There Were None" for the U.S. publication, and for the 1945 film version that followed (that is the final line of the nursery rhyme). In England, the book title was later changed to "Ten Little Indians", and in 1965, an English remake was given that title, as were several other remakes. This 1975 remake was given the name of the 1945 U.S. movie. Ironically, the name "Ten Little Indians" is now itself "politically incorrect", so that name also is no longer used. NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Artist: Tino Avelli Important Added Info: Note that this is a "country of origin" poster for this partially Italian movie! Note that this Italian poster was NOT folded in half "an extra time", as some Italian posters are. This means it has fewer folds than those posters which are folded an extra time, but it also means that it must be sent in a larger flat package that measures approximately 15" x 23". We are also separately auctioning Italian posters that WERE folded an extra time, and which can be sent in a standard flat package. We list the two types separately by how they are folded, so that you can more easily know which kind of shipping each type requires. Condition: very good. Learn More about condition grades
