Innocents of Paris, the 1929 Richard Wallace France romantic musical (about a junkman who saves a drowning boy, and falls in love with the boy's aunt, and he gets a job singing in a music hall, where he has much success, and among other songs he sings "Louise", which became one of his standards) starring Maurice Chevalier ("The sensational Paris musical comedy star"), Sylvia Beecher (as Louise Leval), Russell Simpson, George Fawcett, John Miljan, Margaret Livingston, David Durand, Jack Luden, Stepin Fetchit and Johnnie Morris. Note that this was star Maurice Chevalier's first American movie, and was also his first talking movie! NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography.
