She was a New York model who tried out for a play called "Franklin Street", but she lost the part to Lauren Bacall. She then got some sexy television roles, where she was billed as "Television's answer to Marilyn Monroe", and she was known for her beautiful legs. She next tried movies, but never hit the "big time", and her movies (in bit parts) included: From Here to Eternity, Some Like It Hot, The Apartment, Irma La Douce, and Buddy Buddy.
