An Original Vintage Theatrical 8" x 10" (8x10) Movie Still (Learn More) Carolyn Komant was a television actress from the 1950s to the 1960s. Some of her TV shows include: "Hawaiian Eye", "The Roaring 20's", and "77 Sunset Strip". She was signed to a contract by Warner Bros., and appeared in the low budget women in prison movie "House of Women", and after that movie, she married a man in the Air Force and retired. As of 2021, she is still alive at the age of 79! Important Added Info: Note that a paper snipe was glued to the back of the still, and then folded over to the front. This was done rather than gluing the snipe to the back, so that the snipe could be unfolded and the still could be displayed with the snipe unfolded, which would let moviegoers read the information on the snipe in the lobby (and of course, the snipe would be folded backwards, so it would not show). This was done with many stills of the 1930s, but often, the snipes are either partially or completely lost, because it is easier for them to be torn off. UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED, THE SNIPE DOES NOT HAVE ANY EFFECT ON THE FRONT OF THE STILL! Condition: fine. The still is in quite nice condition! Learn More about condition grades
