Condition: very good. There is a 1" tear in the right of the top border and a couple of tiny tears in the other borders. There are a few smudges around the edges of the card. There is a 7" water stain on the back of the left of the top border that extends to 1" at its widest point, but it is almost completely on the back of the blank border, and it has the slightest of effect on the front. Other than the above, the card is in pretty nice condition! Note that this lobby card is completely unrestored and there is not a single piece of tape on either the front or back of the card!
