Today's Crying Need... Quality Workmanship, the 1950s (perhaps 1960s) workplace motivational poster created by the Elliott Service Company encouraging workers to avoid building defective goods, and featuring art of a boy crying and holding the handle of a new wagon with a broken wheel. The Elliott Service Company created workplace motivational posters, flyers, pamphlets and other printed material from at least the 1950s to the 1960s.

If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know.

Condition: very good. The poster was never folded. It has a tiny crease and tear in the lower left blank border (backed with tiny conservation tape). It is otherwise in pretty nice condition.
