An Original Vintage Theatrical Autographed 8" x 10" [20 x 25 cm] Movie Still (Learn More) Martha Scott was an actress from the 1940s to the 1980s. Some of her movies include: Our Town (nominated for the Best Actress Academy Award for this film), Ben-Hur, The Ten Commandments, The Desperate Hours, Sayonara, and One Foot in Heaven. She passed away in 2003 at the age of 90. Important Added Info: Note that this still has been personally autographed (signed) by Martha Scott! Note that our consignor purchased a collection of autographed stills that were collected by Leonard Sorgi, who was a unit manager for ABC for shows like The Soupy Sales Show, The Jerry Mahony Show, and many others. He was also Unit Manager for the Academy Awards for a number of years, and during his long and varied career, he met many celebrities and obtained autographs from them in person (often personalized to him). Our consignor (and we) feel certain that the autograph on this still is authentic! Condition: very good. The still was printed slightly off center, which causes the very bottom edge of the credits to be cut off. This was a somewhat common printing defect in vintage stills, and most collectors do not consider it a major defect if it is only slightly off center as it is in this case.
