She only appeared in four movies: Moulin Rouge (nominated for the Best Supporting Actress Academy Award for this film), Romantic Youth, Traite de Bave et d'Eternite, and Par Ordre du Tsar. She passed away in 2015 at the age of 90. Important Added Info: Note that this letter has been personally autographed (signed) by Colette Marchand! This signed letter is one of a group of signed letters that come from the collection of Fred Owesney. He was a dancer on Broadway in the 1950s, and he made friends with a number of celebrities, and he began corresponding with them and for many years, he would correspond with celebrities, often ones that he had seen perform in person. Our consignor does not have a "certificate of authenticity" for this or the other letters from this collection, but we believe it is extremely likely that the signatures on the letters are authentic.
