An Original Vintage Theatrical Unfolded Insert Movie Poster (measures 14" x 36") (Learn More) Razgrom Nemetskikh Voysk Pod Moskvoy (released in English-speaking countries as "Moscow Strikes Back"), the 1942 Ilya Kopalin & Leonid Varlamov Russian World War II (WWII) military documentary ("You will be stunned by its shocking revelations"; "First feature-length picture of World War II filmed on the fighting Russian Front!"; "No person can witness the events in this picture and remain calm... this is war as the Russians know it - against a degenerate and murderous enemy!") with English narration by Edward G. Robinson. Note that this movie was released during World War II when Russia was our strong ally against Germany, and movies like this were produced to promote pro-Russian sentiment among American audiences. Just a few years later, the makers of movies like this were denounced as Communists for having "aided" the Russians! Note that the following year, another Russian documentary was filmed called "Siege of Leningrad", and that one had English narration by Edward R. Murrow. Most insert posters were folded twice horizontally right off of the printing press. It is very difficult to find an unfolded example of most inserts, especially from before 1970!
