Important Added Info: Note that Boris Karloff played Maharajah Jehan in this film! This was one of Karloff's earliest film roles and I would believe him to be man in the turban making a toast (although he was so young at the time that I am not sure). If anyone does know for sure, please e-mail me and I will post it here).
