She later had some roles in mainstream movies, including David Cronenberg's "Rabid", and later, she had a long-running series on the Playboy Channel on cable TV. She passed away on April 12, 2009 at the age of 56, following an aortic aneurysm. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know.
