He is best known for his portraits of movie monsters which appeared on the covers of Famous Monsters of Filmland magazine in the 1960s and 1970s. He passed away in 2017 at the age of 88. The art print has been nicely double-matted and is ready to frame and hang on the wall. Our consignor is a longtime movie poster dealer who purchased a very large collection of rolled movie posters, and included were some with autographs. He does not know how the autographs were obtained, but he thinks it is likely that the signature on this poster is authentic, but he does not have a "certificate of authenticity".
