He doesn't break murder cases. He smashes them."; "You don't assign him to murder cases. You just turn him loose."; "Dirty Harry and the homicidal maniac. Harry's the one with the badge."; about an unorthodox cop who tracks down a psychotic murderer; based on the real-life Zodiac killer who terrorized San Francisco, California in the 1960s) starring Clint Eastwood (in the title role as Harry Callahan), Harry Guardino, Reni Santoni, Andrew Robinson (in the role of his life as the crazed psycho killer!; billed as "Andy Robinson"), John Larch, John Vernon ("as 'The Mayor'"), Lyn Edington, and Bill Couch NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Condition: very good to fine. tiny areas of surface paper loss down the top part of the vertical foldline and to a lesser extent along the other foldlines (this is very typical of this poster and all other similar high gloss posters of this era). It is almost impossible to find this poster without this defect to some extent (and this poster has less of this defect than most examples of this poster). The white of the borders is "whiter" than the white background within the image area and behind the credits, but it is difficult to know if the poster was printed this way or if there was some kind of discoloration. There are some minor creases throughout the poster; The above is truly nitpicking! The poster is in really nice unrestored condition, and its defects are extremely minor. While most collectors would certainly be happy with it just as it is, the minor defects would completely vanish if it were linenbacked and the poster would look perfect!
