Douglas"; nominated for the Best Picture Academy Award; with the distinction of being the first movie released in CinemaScope; about the Roman tribune who is sent to Jerusalem right before Christ is crucified, and afterwards, he "wins" the robe that Jesus was wearing, and it changes his life) starring Richard Burton (nominated for the Best Actor Academy Award for this film; as Marcellus Gallio), Jean Simmons (as Diana), Victor Mature (as Demetrius), Michael Rennie, Jay Robinson (as Caligula), Dean Jagger, Torin Thatcher, Richard Boone (as Pontius Pilate), Betta St. John, Jeff Morrow, Ernest Thesiger, Dawn Addams, Leon Askin, Michael Ansara (as Judas), and Gloria Saunders. The poster has darkened and become somewhat brittle with age and there are several tears and areas of tattering and separation along the foldlines and around the edges with crude paper and glue and tape repairs on the back (some bleeding through to the front along the left of the middle horizontal fold).
