Important Added Info: Note that a "short stop" is a very unusual poster which closely resembles a one-sheet, plus a set of eight lobby cards printed on the same kind of paper to the right of it. In the 1970s and 80s, studios made "one stop" posters which had both styles of one-sheet (printed one-sheet size) with the set of 8 lobby cards printed in the middle (also one-sheet size for the whole set), creating a sort of horizontal three-sheet. It seems those posters were only used in certain countries. Usually, in addition to printing the "one stops", they would also print "short stops", which usually consisted of one-third of the one stop, but could also consist of two-thirds of the one-stop (they are stamped "SHORT STOP ENGLISH" on the back, and there are also Spanish versions). As to why in the world they did not just use one-sheets is beyond me! If anyone knows more about this, please e-mail us and we will post it here.
