Important Added Info: This promotional "bid letter" was created by Paramount to both encourage theaters to book this movie, and no doubt to have them submit bids (the theater bidding the highest in each regional area would gain the exclusive rights to the opening of the movie). Note that the cover of the brochure states that "Steven Spielberg, George Lucas, and Harrison Ford are on location in Sri Lanka, Hong Kong and London filming...", and that the back cover has a great image of Lucas and Spielberg looking really young and hip!
