An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded French One-Panel Movie Poster (measures approximately 47" x 63") (Learn More) Tirez sur le pianiste (released in the U.S. in 1962 as "Shoot the Piano Player"), the 1960 Francois Truffaut French romantic crime film noir thriller ("Francois Truffaut, brilliant director who gave you the award winning 'The 400 Blows,' now brings to the screen a fascinating new work that plays in many keys... all of them delightful!"; "Based on the novel 'Down There' by David Goodis"; about a man who has a gangster brother, and he helps him to hide from gangsters who are chasing him) starring Charles Aznavour, Marie Dubois, Nicole Berger, Michele Mercier, Albert Remy, and Serge Davri NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Artist: Jouineau-Bouduge Important Added Info: Note that this is a rare "country of origin" poster for this French movie! Also note that this French one-panel measures approximately 47" x 63" and is folded. Condition: good to very good. Someone cut out a 2" x 8 1/2" piece out of the center of the bottom border (it does not affect the image at all). Otherwise, the poster has separation and tiny paper loss at some crossfolds and creases, tears, and a few tiny areas of paper loss around the edges of the poster.
