An Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Glass Slide (measures 3 1/4" x 4" [8 x 10 cm]) (Learn More) Buried Treasure, the 1921 George D. Baker silent romantic treasure hunting Caribbean pirate ship swashbuckling fantasy time travel adventure thriller ("A story of today with all the thrills of old time adventure"; "Her soul slipped out of modern New York - into the thrill of the Spanish Main!"; about the daughter of a rich man who is known as "The Pirate of Wall Street", and she has a poor boyfriend that her father does not approve of, and her father has a masquerade ball, and she goes as a pirate, and she goes into a "trance", and apparently dreams that she is 200 years in the past with real pirates, but she helps them find buried treasure, and when she comes out of the trance and awakes, she goes to where the buried treasure that she dreamed about was, and it really is there, so she and her boyfriend can marry, but doesn't that mean she really traveled in time?) starring Marion Davies, Norman Kerry, Anders Randolf, Edith Shayne, and Earl Schenck NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that glass slides were designed to be put in a special projector that would project the image onto a movie screen (they use exactly the same concept as 35mm slides). This slide is the kind that has two panes of glass that are taped together with black tape around all four edges (front and back), typical of many older glass slides. We have provided a high quality scan of the image, but we have not taken a photo of the slide, because there would really be very little to see! Condition: good to very good.
