The Deutsche Bundesbahn (German Federal Railway/Railroad or DB) was formed as the state railway of the newly established Federal Republic of Germany (West Germany) in 1949 as a successor of the Deutsche Reichsbahn-Gesellschaft. The DB remained the state railway of West Germany until after German reunification, when it was merged with the former East German Deutsche Reichsbahn to form Deutsche Bahn AG in 1994

Condition: good. There are light brown stains across the bottom of the poster from exposure to moisture. There are some creases scattered throughout the poster. The poster is otherwise in pretty nice condition and it displays well.
