The poster had small paper loss at some crossfolds and some creases, tears, and tiny paper loss on many parts of some foldlines, with pinholes around the edges. Overall, the poster was in good condition prior to linenbacking. The restorer backed the poster "in the European style", meaning that they did not do restoration to the defects described above.
