The poster had paper loss at the top and bottom crossfolds, with tiny paper loss at the middle crossfold. It had tears and areas of paper loss scattered down the vertical foldline, with some smudges and separation on the horizontal folds. It had many smudges around the edges. Overall, the poster was in good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was pretty well backed, but you can see signs of the above defects and the restoration of the above defects.
