Franklin boy-and-his-beloved-dog German Shepherd canine juvenile crime action melodrama ("You stick to me, kid, and you'll have the time of your life."; "Rin-Tin-Tin Jr."; "Greatest dog star of screen history -- wait 'till you see him in action with Jackie Cooper"; about the son of a rich man who has a dog he loves, and his father hates the dog and orders his son to get rid of it, and instead the son runs away with the dog and ends up in hiding with a gangster, and the police are hunting for the gangster while the gang members are trying to find the boy to collect the huge reward his father has offered) starring Jackie Cooper, Joseph Calleia, Jean Hersholt, Harvey Stephens, and Rin Tin Tin Jr. NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: The slide does not have a cardboard holder, but rather there is black tape around all four edges (front and back), typical of older glass slides. When we auction slides that have a cardboard holder, we provide a separate image of how the cardboard holder looks, but when we auction slides with the black tape (like this one) we only provide the scan of the glass slide image, because that really is about all there is to see.
