An Original Vintage Theatrical Unfolded One-Sheet Movie Poster (27" x 41") (Learn More) Pitbulls from Hell, the 1987 G. Monty Brinson canine dog horror thriller ("Man's best friend... Until now..."; "Outlawed!"; "Bred to survive!"; written by Tom Citrano). The producer of this proposed movie tells us that he had the idea to make it, and he had a script written and this poster was created at that time, but the film was never made! He tells us that the poster was so effective that he had many, many people offering to invest in the movie (and someone offered him $75,000 if he would sell them the rights to the name alone!), but the movie was never made because of the difficulty of having lots of pitbulls performing in complicated scenes, but that there is now the possibility it will be made, because of course, the pitbulls could now be created through CGI! Artist: Peter J. Heet Important Added Info: Note that this poster was never machine folded. Most movie posters from before 1980 were machine folded immediately after printing. After 1980, it quickly became standard for posters to never be folded, and were shipped to theaters rolled in tubes. But this made it far more likely for posters to pick up minor (or major) defects, and it can be difficult to find an unfolded poster from the 1980s in excellent condition. Condition: very good.
