Fighting for the love of a bold adventurer!"; "MGM's $200,000 prize novel is on the screen!"; "Based on the novel by Elizabeth Goudge"; "Screen Play by Samson Raphaelson"; an extremely complicated nearly 3 hour epic tale of two sisters who are the daughters of a wealthy Canadian man, and they both fall in love with the same man from New Zealand, and there are many complications and misunderstandings, which lead to the man returning to New Zealand and ending up having both sisters going to New Zealand thinking he wants to be with them!) starring Lana Turner, Van Heflin, Donna Reed, Richard Hart, Frank Morgan, Edmund Gwenn, Dame May Whitty, Reginald Owen, and Gladys Cooper NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: This three-sheet was printed in 2 sections. Condition: very good to fine. There are some creases, smudges, and tiny tears on some foldlines, and some tiny paper loss at some crossfolds. There is a good chance that this poster was never used (it was like send to a poster exchange, and then probably stayed there until it was sold to a collector). The poster has survived in nice condition, but has a few VERY minor imperfections, typical of this type of poster, and typical of the defects caused by opening and closing the posters, and the aging of the paper over many years. We may have written just a few words about those imperfections, but we may not have, as they are very minor.
