An Original Vintage Theatrical Linenbacked Insert Movie Poster (measures 14" x 36") (Learn More) Beast From Haunted Cave, the 1959 Monte Hellman monster horror thriller ("Screaming young girls sucked into a labyrinth of horror by a blood-starved ghoul from Hell."; "Written by Charles Griffith"; produced by Roger Corman) starring Michael Forest, Sheila Carol, Frank Wolff, Richard Sinatra, and Wally Campo NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Condition: very good. This poster was linenbacked, and one of the following is true: either the poster had very minor defects, and was well backed, OR it had more significant defects, but they were well restored, OR it had some minor defects that were not completely restored, and are somewhat noticeable. You can tell which of the above is the case for this particular poster by reading our "pre-restoration" description and also by looking at our "super-sized" image of the actual poster (we are the only major auction company we know of that gives accurate detailed pre-restoration information about linenbacked posters to our bidders, but we wish everyone did!). The poster was folded in thirds and there were faint creases along those foldlines. There were pinholes in the corners, paper loss in the bottom right blank corner, and faint creases and scuffs around the edges of the image. There were scuffs in the top tagline area and a faint scuff across the first two words of the title. The poster was pretty much linenbacked as is and no excess linen was left around the edges of the poster. Learn More about condition grades
