An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded One-Sheet Movie Poster (1sh; measures 27" x 41" [69 x 104 cm]) (Learn More) Walk Softly, Stranger, the 1950 Robert Stevenson romantic crime film noir ("She surrendered herself to him... and then his dark past rolled in like a black fog!"; "The Stars of 'The 3rd Man' in a NEW exciting adventure!"; about a former crook who decides to go straight, and he meets a beautiful woman, but then his life gets complicated when a former accomplice tries to enlist him in a robbery) starring Joseph Cotten, Alida Valli (billed as "Valli"), Spring Byington, Paul Stewart, and Jack Paar. Note that this movie reunited the stars of "The Third Man"! NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Condition: good to very good. There is a 3" diagonal scratch and tear in Cotten's upper lip in his image at upper right and there is a similar scratch and tear right of the center crossfold. There is a 1" tear in the upper right corner of the poster that has been repaired with tape from the back. There are some smudges and stains scattered throughout the back of the poster but they do not appear to have any effect on the front. The poster is otherwise in generally nice condition.
