Mr. Lucky, the classic 1943 H.C. Potter New York City con man gambling romantic crime comedy ("Cary at his grandest in the story he chose himself - plus lovely Laraine in the role that makes her great!"; "You're society! I'm just one of the mob. To you a guy like me is poison!"; "it's romantic dynamite and loads of fun ...when this hard-to-get guy meets an unforgettable girl who's out of his class... And his reach! You'll say it's Cary's grandest!"; "'Sure I've cut corners! But I never forget a pal - or cheat a friend! Remember that!'"; "Cary, reckless and hard-to-get... in love with lovely Laraine, trying to be aloof and proud! Important Added Info: Note that this still measures 8" x 10 1/4" [20 x 26 cm].

Condition: very good. There is slight darkening around the edges and an odd unevenness to the emulsion at top center, but it is only noticeable when the still is tilted to the light. Otherwise, the still is in nice condition!
