An Undated (probably 1930s) Re-Release (re-titled "Jungle Virgin" for this re-release) Theatrical Folded One-Sheet Movie Poster (1sh; measures 28" x 40" [71 x 102 cm]) (Learn More) Jaws of the Jungle, the 1936 Eddie Granemann animal exploitation jungle adventure ("Stark Realism!"; "Demons of the wild on a rampage!"; "Fangs of death bared for the kill!") narrated by Cliff Howell and starring Teeto, Minta, Gukar, Walla (billed as "the comic chimpanzee"), and Agena (billed as "the rollicking honey bear"). Note that this film features much stock footage and topless natives, and is about villagers in Ceylon (Sri Lanka) fleeing from vampire bats (which were actually fruit bats). If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that this is an extremely rare poster. We have only auctioned one from this undated (circa 1930s) re-release and that was in 2010! Note also that this one-sheet measures 28" x 40" [71 x 102 cm]. Condition: fair. The poster is very fragile and it is has separation and some small paper loss on parts of several folds. It is otherwise mostly "all there" and after proper restoration the poster will display well, but bear in mind the poster's condition and the cost of restoration before bidding on it.
