'The Son of the Sheik'"; "A sequel to 'The Sheik'"; "From the novel by E.M. Hull - Adapted to the screen by Frances Marion"; the son has his way with a dancing girl, and her father captures him and tortures him as payback) starring Rudolph Valentino (in a dual title role as both Sheik Ahmed Ben Hassan and Ahmed, the Sheik's son; in his final movie role!), Vilma Banky (as Yasmin), George Fawcett, Montagu Love, and Karl Dane. Note that this movie was a sequel to Valentino's wildly successful 1920 "The Sheik". Unfortunately, he passed away when filming was completed, and it was not released until after his death. NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that this is an extremely rare poster. The last time we auctioned one was in 2010! Note also that this poster was folded at one time but has been laying flat for a long time and will be sent rolled in a tube. Condition: good to very good. The poster has some oily staining in the left leg/shin of Banky and there is some tiny paper loss in that area, and there are some paper remnants on back of that area. It has small separation and paper loss at the top of the vertical foldline and that has been repaired with tape from the back. There is some darkening around the edges and foldlines, typical of vintage French posters. After linenbacking with some proper restoration the very rare poster will display well.
