Original Vintage Theatrical Folded One-Sheet Movie Poster (27" x 41") (Learn More)

The Fighting Lady, the 1944 Louis De Rochemont World War II (WWII) Naval Navy military documentary ("'The Fighting Lady' is a true story photographed in zones of combat by the United States Navy under the supervision of Commander Edward J. Steichen, U.S.N.R."; "Narration written by John Stuart Martin"; with much footage from the newly commissioned USS Yorktown aircraft carrier, the replacement to the old Yorktown that was lost during The Battle of Midway) narrated by Robert Taylor, and Charles Boyer (for the French version). Note that documentaries like this were made during World War II to let the people on the Home Front see what it was they were fighting for (and how hard the troops were fighting!).

Condition: good to very good. There is about 5" of separation at the bottom crossfolds and minor separation at the other crossfolds and ends of the foldlines. There are several small tears in the foldlines and borders. There is a small piece off the right border.
