Important Added Info: Note that we have a scan of both the front and the back of this lobby card, which should greatly help you see what defects it has. Condition: good. There is an odd scuffing across much of the image (it is apparently something caused by the type of paper or ink Universal used in 1965, because it is also on the 1965 re-release "Psycho" lobby cards, which is also a Universal release). It is a printing defect, but it significantly detracts from the card. There is faint water staining down the right of the card.
