With a son in the Navy, my husband and I both have Navy Yard jobs and are proud to be doing our part to keep the ships fighting."; "I was a salesman. As a veteran of World War 1, I feel that the most important thing I can do today is to help shape victory in a Navy Yard"; "Keep the ships fighting!"; "-Good Pay -Good Housing -No experience necessary"; "If you are not now in an essential war job Work at Puget Sound Navy Yard"; "Information at the nearest Navy recruiting station") encouraging people to apply for work at the Puget Sound Navy Yard and featuring art of a ship in battle.

Condition: good. There are water stains in the upper right edge of the poster extending into the red border. There are creases and scuffs scattered throughout the poster and there is some tattering around the edges.
