An Original Vintage Theatrical Linenbacked One-Sheet Movie Poster (1sh; measures 27" x 41" [69 x 104 cm]) (Learn More) Sandflow, the 1937 Lesley Selander cowboy western ("Story by Cherry Wilson") starring Buck Jones, Lita Chevret, Bob Kortman, Arthur Aylesworth, Bob Terry (billed as "Robert Terry"), Enrique de Rosas, and Silver. Note that Buck Jones' white horse was named Silver (just like The Lone Ranger's later on!), and Silver made 73 movies with Buck Jones from 1922 until Jones' death in 1942 in the tragic Cocoanut Grove fire. But oddly, Silver was almost never billed on the posters for Buck Jones' movies as so many other famous horses (most especially Tom Mix's Tony) were! NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. What IS linenbacking? Learn More Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: very good. The poster had tiny paper loss at the crossfolds, with a few tiny tears and tiny bits of paper loss on parts of some folds, and some tiny pinholes around the edges.
