It's A Riot!"; "From the play 'Return Engagement' by Nancy Hamilton, James Shute, and Rose Mary Casey"; "Music and Lyrics by Richard Rodgers and Lorenz Hart"; about a female movie star who meets a broke French nobleman, who poses as a butler and gets her to hire him, wanting to seduce her and then get her money, but of course, they end up falling in love, and as usual, Ralph Bellamy plays a nice guy who loves the star, but loses her!) starring Carole Lombard, Fernand Gravey (billed as "Fernand Gravet"), Ralph Bellamy, Allen Jenkins, Isabel Jeans, Marie Wilson, and Marcia Ralston NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that we previously auctioned a 1938 "other company" one-sheet from this movie (17 years ago), but we have NEVER before auctioned this 1938 Warner Bros one-sheet! What IS linenbacking? Learn More Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good. The poster had small tears and tiny paper loss on parts of the folds and around the edges. It had larger tears and paper loss on the bottom horizontal fold. It had some smudges and scuffs scattered throughout, with some tears in both stars' faces. Overall, the poster was in fair to good condition prior to linenbacking. Given the condition defects, the person who restored it did a pretty nice job, but you can clearly see signs of the above defects and the restoration of the above defects.
